Behind ELENTO is Max Smolnik – an independent event freelancer based in Cologne. His professional background combines event management, project coordination and a business-oriented perspective from hotel and tourism management. This perspective helps to approach events not only from an operational point of view, but also with regard to impact, service quality, budget, processes and client experience.
Experience ranges from corporate events, healthcare and pharma formats to specialist conferences, trainings, certified HCP events and projects with complex coordination processes. Leadership experience, stakeholder management and confident collaboration with suppliers, teams and decision-makers form the foundation.
ELENTO also stands for a modern view of projects: technical understanding, digital tools, hybrid formats, ESG aspects and international collaboration are not side topics, but part of professional event management.
